If, as a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of cancellation under the respective contract, you may cancel the contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days and generally begins upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise specified by law.

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below. However, this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you effectively withdraw from a contract, the goods or services received must be returned in accordance with statutory provisions.
If you have made any payments, these will generally be refunded in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that this does not incur any costs for you.
If you expressly request that Schraubfabrik begin providing the service before the expiration of the cancellation period, compensation for the services rendered up to the time of cancellation may be owed in the event of a subsequent cancellation, subject to the statutory requirements.
This applies only to the extent that the statutory requirements for this are met.
If a service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely under the statutory conditions. In particular, this requires that the consumer has expressly consented prior to the start of the service and confirmed their awareness of the possible expiration of the right of withdrawal.
For certain services related to recreational activities, the right of withdrawal may be excluded by law if a specific date or time period has been agreed upon for the provision of the service.
Whether this exception applies to a specific service provided by Schraubfabrik depends on the nature and terms of the respective contract.
